Recruiter/Personnel Supervisor

Westaff is looking for a Recruiter/Personnel Supervisor to support high-volume recruiting and talent management.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable making and receiving phone calls, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, and a positive attitude are required.

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 DOE, plus regular bonus opportunities 

Duties:

• Review incoming applicant pool, source resumes, and recruit candidates.
• Conduct applicant prescreens, interviews, and testing both via phone and in-person.
• Complete employee paperwork and orientations.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings, including drug screens and background checks.
• Document and monitor employee communications.
• Communicate directly with customers. 

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License required
• High school diploma required, 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft office skills required.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Strong ability to problem solve and provide conflict resolution.
• Must be able to work independently.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Weekly Pay!

Some of the things you will do as a Recruiter:

Interview, screen and evaluate candidates
Use discretion and independent judgement to determine the best candidates to represent Westaff
Match qualified associates with client’s expectations and requirements
Orient associates regarding their assignment
Build and grow relationships with clients and associates
Document events and activities in our CRM system. Will train!

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask
Work in a fast-paced environment
