Hours 2nd shift: (summer hours) 3:30pm-1:00am Mon- Thurs & 12:30pm-4:30pm Fridays 

Pay: $18.25/hr opportunity for advancement 

Molding Machine Operator in Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring and operating molding machinery
• Accurately complete documentation i.e. type/weight of chocolate product
• Packing (able to read, write, complete paperwork and follow production orders) 
• Record and total how many cases (boxes) were produced. 
• Using a pallet jack to move materials or skids containing finished goods from one area to another.
• Demolding (removing the molded chocolate piece from the mold).
• Communicates efficiently with maintenance and other staff members

Molding Machine Operator Requirements: 

• Experience in food production and manufacturing, familiarity with GMPs
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs on occasion
• Ability to read/interpret production order documents
• Knowledge of tempering chocolate preferred

These Associates will be responsible for Assembling, Machine Operating, Packaging,  Labeling, Plating and Inspecting product. They will work in a rotating manufacturing environment. 

Hours: 6am-2:30pm Monday – Friday 

Pay: starting at $17/hr 

Manufacturing Associates will be responsible for: 

• Assembling product 
• Machine Operating 
• Plating, deburring, polishing
• Inspecting product
• Operate automatic key cutting, cylinder shell loading and plug loading machines and equipment as required.
• Assemble shells and plugs, pack and label all types of cylinders
• Make necessary adjustments to machinery 
• Follow key list/interpret complex orders to determine selection of proper assembly sequence
• Follow safety instructions 
• Keep work stations clean and orderly 

Manufacturing Associates are required to have: 

• 1-3 years previous experience in manufacturing setting
• Experience with Assembly, machine operating, or any production/ rotating shift work 
• Use a variety of hand tools such as pliers, mallets, and drill presses for padlocks
• Requires a high school or trade school diploma or equivalent manufacturing work experience

Job Title: Finishing Operator

Shift: 6:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Thursday

Pay Rate: $19/hr BOE

The Finishing Machine Operator responsibilities are:

• Metal Painting/Coating, Post Cure, Buffing, De-flashing, Bonding, Engraving
• Various Machine Operations such as: Harperizer, Blaster, Ink Jet, Ink Stamp, Die-Cut, Priming, and High-Temp ovens
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Identify issues and bring them to management’s attention.
• Assist other staff with all duties when assistance is needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable state or federal laws.
• Participate in all required internal training.
• Performs other work as assigned within the department or in other departments as workload determines.

The Mill Machine Operator requirements are:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment 
• Working knowledge of precision measuring equipment such as calipers and snap gauges
• Basic computer skills required
• Physical stamina and strength
• Must be able to stand for 10 hours
• Must be able to occasionally pick up 50lb boxes
