WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR NEEDED

Location: Fremont, Ohio

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Day Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage the shipping and receiving process for the entire warehouse. Including management of deliveries, prepare shipments, and maintain inventory stock levels of packaging materials. Create barcode labels and templates with existing software. Audit inventory levels of finished goods. Must be able to work multiple hours per day on a computer while managing warehouse flow.

Special Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30lbs on a continuous basis
• Uses various material handling equipment such as hoists, carts, lifts and hand trucks in moving light to heavy weight material
• Must be able to operate forklift and drive backwards
• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop and reach overhead
• Must be able to be on your feet for 8-12 hours at a time
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts, as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have or had a Tow Motor Operator License
• Shipping & Receiving experience is required

List of responsibilities:

• Starts the production line;
• Adjusts components in preparation for product on the Specification Sheet;
• Calibrates machine components;
• Verifies picking for each production, ensures all ingredients or materials needed are available and fills requisition if necessary;
• Conducts change overs and set-ups between products and clients, adjusting components accordingly;
• Conducts machine adjustments according to changes in production demands, issues, etc.;
• Recalibrates speed, length, etc. during production to ensure the quality of product produced;
• Ensures process parameters and setups are respected and communicates to the supervisor of any deviations or the need to deviate;
• Controls quality of product during the manufacturing process;
• Reworks waste;
• Coordinates with Warehouse to return unused product;
• Disassembles and cleans the equipment when the schedule requires according to HACCP standards;

Qualifications:

• DEP in Electro Mechanics, Mechanics, or a combination of education and experience as a Machine Operator;
• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP);

Mixing/Weighing Machine Operator – Georgia Vermont 

Pay: $18.50-$21.56 DOE 

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm

Summary of responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of the production supervisor the Mixing & Weighing Operators are responsible for completing assigned tasks effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to procedures.

 Weighing Operator:

• Follows and accomplishes the weekly schedule via production report;
• Reads and interprets Mix Ticket to determine ingredients needed;
• Weighs all ingredients needed in order to mix accurately;
• Identifies and confirms weighed ingredients are ready for mixing;
• Verifies that all the ingredients are ready for production (verify quantity, type, etc. according to recipe);
• Populates and validates the production reports;
• Conducts returns of extra ingredients by weighing and counting unused ingredients to be returned to the inventory;
• Coordinates with Warehouse to return ingredients;
• Disassembles and cleans the equipment when the schedule requires according to HACCP standards;
• Coordinates with the Quality Control Department regarding necessary quality checks during processes
  

Mixing Operator:

• Follows and accomplishes the weekly schedule via production report;
• Verifies ingredients are ready for mixing production stages (quantity, type, etc. according to Mix Ticket);
• Populates and validates the production reports
• Mixes all ingredients, into 150 and 500 kilo Mixer, according to the Mix Ticket;
• Follows recipe specifications in terms of mixing time, order of ingredients, components to use, etc.;
• Manipulates large machinery;
• Calibrates machine components;
• Uses independent judgement when adjusting machine components due to consistency differences in powders;
• Dry cleans and washes the equipment when the schedule requires and according to HACCP standards;
