Term: Permanent

Pay: $50,000 – $60,000/year + uncapped commission

 

Notes:

  • This position covers Helena and Great Falls, applicants can live in either location.

  • This is not a VA location.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for face-to-face sales calls establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and other referral sources in the medical community

  • Meet or exceed your monthly sales quota
  • Continually educate clients
  • Market our services, respiratory equipment and medications to new prospects

 

What You Will Bring:

Qualifications:

  • Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process (if applicable)
  • Applicants must possess valid driver’s license in state of residence (if applicable)
  • Successful applicant(s) will be subject to:
    • Drug Testing
  • Intensive Background Check
  • Driving History Review (if applicable)
 

Education and/or Experience

  • Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred

  • Leadership Experience in other areas or fields

Term: Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday with one day off, every other weekend on

Shift: Will vary by day and needs, either opening (8:45am-5pm) or closing (11am-7:15pm)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers with their purchases in the boats and ski department.
  • Ensure customers receive knowledgeable guidance tailored to their outdoor needs.
  • Enthusiastic about water sports, winter sports, and camping.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for rafts, kayaks, skis, and camping equipment.
  • Answer questions about product features, performance, and suitability for specific activities (e.g., fishing, whitewater rafting, overnight floats, downhill skiing, or backcountry camping).
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of rafts, kayaks, skis, and camping gear, including product specifications, maintenance, and customization options.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing department by restocking, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
  • Coordinate with the repair shop for services like ski tuning, raft repairs, or boot fitting.
  • Assist with the rental process for rafts, kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes, including explaining rental policies, checking equipment condition, and ensuring customers are equipped with necessary accessories (e.g., PFDs, paddles).
  • Work closely with other department associates and the repair shop to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Educate customers on safety practices for water sports and skiing, including proper use of equipment and adherence to regulations (e.g., Smith River waste packing requirements).

 

What You’ll Bring:

·                     Providing expert advice on rafts, kayaks, skis, and camping gear — This role requires technical expertise in these areas to ensure customers receive knowledgeable guidance tailored to their outdoor needs.

  • Prior experience in retail, outdoor recreation, or customer service is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with rafts, kayaks, skis, or camping equipment is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of water sports equipment (e.g., rafts, kayaks, paddleboards) and ski equipment (e.g., downhill, cross-country, telemark skis, bindings, boots).
  • Familiarity with camping gear and outdoor activities is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and assist with loading/unloading gear.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • MUST have boat and/or ski experience!

Duties:
  • The purpose of this nursing position is to assist the Public Health Department in all programs/tasks and Events on/offsite as needed/requested by department staff.  
  • It is preferred for Nurse to have an interest in the Tobacco Prevention Program to complete training, events, and outreach as required by program. 
  • Preferred for Nurse to be familiar with immunization schedule and recommendations to provide/give immunization and assistance to all ages, outreach events, and assist with billing services. 
  • Preferred but not required for Nurse to be familiar with communicable disease testing/outreach/teaching/state charting- on job training provided.
  • Preferred but not required for Nurse to be familiar with the Women Infant and Children program to assist when needed- on job/ state training is required for this program.

Food Quality Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist daily pre-operational sanitation inspections. Report all deficiencies to a food safety specialist.
• Assist with setting up of sanitizers, spread Quaternary powder, and roll out employee frocks.
• Perform pre-operational quality control checks and calibrations (metal detections, oxygen levels, scales, soaps and sanitizers).
• Hourly perform quality control checks of all production stations and packaging lines and document.
• Assist in the inspection of production workers to make sure USDA, FDA, HACCP, and GMP guidelines are being followed on the production floor.
• Gather samples of processed products and perform pH and product quality testing, logging results into the data base and quality control forms.
• Gather, log and store daily production retention samples.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
• 1 plus years of experience in Food Quality
• Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read, write and process all instructions. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with others.

Fine Soldering Associate Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, engineering drawings and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
  • This position involves hand soldering of surface mount components and fine wires in various applications other than circuit boards 
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
  • Use tools and equipment to assemble sensor components according to technical specifications.
  • Precise soldering of coils
  • Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
  • Produce cables using various hand-crimp tools.

Fine Solderer Requirements:
