Responsibilities:
- Interview applicants who are enrolling in the HVC program and participants who are continuing in the program and brief them on available housing assistance.
- Determine rent, program subsidy, and enroll clients.
- Compute changes in participant incomes, assets, and allowances.
- Verify income declarations in determining rent and program subsidies and submit verifications to appropriate sources.
- Prepare housing eligibility determination for certification of Housing Choice Voucher
- Request HVC Inspector to verify housing unit compliance after preliminary contact with property owner and review HCV Inspector’s report.
- Submit Housing Assistance Payment contract for signature along with an informational packet explaining the contractual agreement between company and the owner.
- Act as a point of contact for rental assistance conflicts between landlord and tenant.
- Process fraud cases.
- Expedite urgent cases consistent with company’s policies and applicable regulations and refer
- clients, as appropriate, to other human services agencies.
- Prepare lease documents and submit completed files to the internal auditor.
- Schedule annual recertification and special inspection of residents, as required, and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule initial inspections of housing units receiving HCV rental assistance.

Primary Purpose of the Machine Operator:

Major Job Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
- Performs typical machine shop and press operations
- Operates a press production, braid winding, lathe or crimping machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, manufacturing drawings, bills of material or other written instructions or procedures.
- Accurately record number of parts produced both good and scrap
- Utilize hand tools such as a hand held screw driver and drill guns

Warehouse Selector Responsibilities:
- Properly, efficiently, and accurately select damage-free product to build pallets neatly and accurately with appropriate product according to customer specifications with labels facing out, arrows facing up
- Role is physically demanding, requiring continuous, fast-paced work that involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Use a headset selection system to follow directions and accurately select damage-free products from warehouse slots
- Neatly and accurately stack cases onto pallets (up to 6 feet high) according to specific customer specifications, ensuring labels face out and arrows face up
- Verify product against pick tickets and case label and turn in complete, legible, accurate paperwork
- Check condition of pallets and exchange where necessary
- Assist in ensuring pallets are wrapped and stacked for safe transport
Warehouse Selector Requirements:
- Must work in cold storage warehouse

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
This is a hands-on role in a small shop environment supporting precision machining and roll service work.
CNC Machinists Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Load programs, make necessary machine adjustments, and inspect parts throughout production.
- Monitor cutting tools and replace them as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Interpret technical drawings and follow detailed machining instructions.
- Ensure finished products meet tight tolerances and quality expectations
- Operate manual lathe equipment
CNC Machinist Requirements:
- Previous experience with CNC Machining or Manual Lathe operation
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions (especially for operators and machinists).
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:
Remove bulk containers from cases onto processing line.
Apply caps and labels onto containers.
Inspect containers for any defects; look for cracks, labels centered, no/loose caps, correct date codes, box codes.
Package finished goods.
Perform required quality tests and checks to ensure support for all company Quality Policies and Procedures
Flexibility with overtime, possibly on a daily occurrence.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work on a fast-paced production line
Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts in a repetitive motion environment
Lifting up to 40lbs
Bending, pushing, pulling, gripping, grasping and twisting
