Job Description:

 Tent Assembly and Take Down

• Inspect tent supplies and accessories to ensure quality and safety of materials
• Monitor/maintain tent after installation, adjust as necessary to accommodate for weather changes
• Work with other members of the installation team to properly put up tent structure

Installation and break down of other rental items which may include:

• Dance floors
• Flooring/Carpeting
• Lighting
• Stages
• Tables and chairs

Pay: $28-$32 hr doe

Westaff is hiring a CNC Programmer for a national manufacturing company in Shreveport, LA. Pay starts at $28.00 per hour and increases based on experience. The CNC Programmer will create, modify, and optimize CNC programs used to manufacture precision-machined parts. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, layouts, and CAD models to ensure parts are produced accurately and efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit CNC programs for machining operations.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models.
• Select the proper tooling and machining methods for each job.
• Determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts.
• Inspect sample parts to verify quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Training and Process Support

• Serve as the primary resource for all training related to systems and core processes

• Support training related to document practices, billing guidelines, and recurring firm processes

• Assist with end-user setup, onboarding-related technology needs, and workstation support
• Escalate complex or system-level issues to IT leadership promptly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, information systems, communications, or a related field
• 2–6 years of experience in operations support, training, process improvement, IT support, or professional services administration
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including templates, styles, and formatting troubleshooting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving firm needs
• Familiarity with documenting workflows or supporting operational processes
