• Prepare tools, equipment, and workstations at the start of each shift
• Operate or assist with production machinery to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain quality standards and report product or equipment issues immediately
• Handle food products in a cold environment
• Stay active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Westaff is seeking an EXPERIENCED Executive Secretary for a reputable company located off of Kaliste Saloom in Lafayette, La.

**This is a temporary position lasting 680 hours

Pay: $12.33/ Hour

Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm

           Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

·       Review correspondence and receive telephone calls related to most sensitive and confidential matters and determines appropriate actions to be taken.

·       Complete intake and referral process with all referrals who desire services

·       Greet visitors

·       Receive, sort and distribute mail

·       Perform routine filing of documents and maintains filing system

·       Operates various office equipment such as, (Fax/Copy Machine Multi phone system and typewriter)

·       Contact consumers and schedules appointment for counselors

·       Enter consumer data and completes referral information page in AWARE

·       Determine if referral has a need for interpreter services, translator or other reasonable accommodations.

·       Complete on-boarding process with new office staff
