  • Responsible for face-to-face sales calls establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and other referral sources in the medical community

What You Will Do:

  • Adheres to company policies and procedures in regards to using personnel protective safety equipment
  • Assists with updating respiratory grid
  • Available for on-call assignments as needed
  • Completes all necessary delivery forms and paperwork including, but not limited to invoices, work orders, manifests and logs, patient care instructions, route sheets, etc.
  • Coordinates verification of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage information
  • Delivers, sets up and maintains equipment at the delivery address using company vehicle
  • Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations
  • Educates the patient and/or caregiver on the safe use and maintenance of the delivered items
  • Maintains assigned company vehicle in a clean and safe working condition
  • Manages all aspects of intake: answering the phone and receiving faxes, collecting patient and referral source information, data input into IMBS, printing
  • tickets, assembling charts and processing paperwork
  • Prepares CMNs/SOPs for Sales Reps and documents on tracking log
  • Prepares complete and accurate files for Billing Department
  • Prepares tickets for daily routes
  • Provides service for walk-in patients
  • Travel via company vehicle to patient’s homes for set-ups and reoccurring delivery

Duties:

  • Manages the collection, management, and storage of data across the department. Enhances and maximizes the quality, integrity, reliability, and access to data assets.

  • Designs and implements modern application and data architecture focusing on cloud platforms, best-of-breed solutions, and components.

  • Builds data pipelines to bring together information from different source systems and creates the required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from multiple sources.

  • Prepares data for analytical and operational uses. Integrates, consolidates, and cleanses data and structures it for analytics applications.

  • Enhances and maximizes the quality, integrity, and reliability of data assets. Expands the effective utilization of data through improved usability and accessibility of IT systems.

  • Enables data sharing and access across the department. Seeks opportunities to eliminate data redundancies, improve data quality, and provide exceptional data services to the department.

  • Assembles large, complex data sets that meet the Office of Research and Performance Analysis (ORPA) business requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in data analytics, computer science, information technology, or related field. A bachelor’s degree in data sciences is desirable. Combinations of experience and education will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Skills in database design, data security, and data lifecycle management (i.e., gathering, cleansing, publishing, archiving, back-up and recovery, and purging) for large enterprise systems.

  • Familiarity with master data, metadata, reference data, data warehousing, database structure, business intelligence principles and processes, and technical architecture.

  • Knowledge of database management systems, metadata management tools, cloud storage, and associated security considerations.

  • Experience in data warehousing and governance.

  • Practical experience in enabling data usability, availability, and efficiency.

  • Experience in data management, quality, metadata management, and modeling.

  • Experience with PowerShell.

  • Technologies that the candidate Must be fluent in:

    • SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Fivetran, Python, DBT, Gitlab/Github, PowerBI, Tableau, Thoughtspot.

What You Will Do:

  • Solely responsible for capturing and preserving a verbatim record of court proceedings using computerized recording equipment or a stenograph machine and computer-aided transcription software.

  • Set up equipment, conduct sound check, monitor operation of and dismantle recording equipment or stenograph machine in courtroom such as pedal conference rooms, judge’s chambers, or other locations as directed by the judge.

  • Maintain a complete record of all verbal communications and, to the extent necessary, to provide an intelligible record including nonverbal incidents in the proceedings.

  • Remind parties, as necessary, to speak clearly and one at a time to ensure the integrity of a verbatim record.

  • During proceedings, upon request of the judge or litigants, locate and read or play back portions of proceedings.

  • Maintain a high level of concentration and attentiveness throughout all court proceedings, regardless of disruptions and other unpredictable and adverse conditions.

  • Utilize computer equipment and software for preparation of transcripts.

  • Transcribe, proofread, certify, and distribute official transcripts.

  • Archive computerized recordings or stenographic and associated files pursuant to Judicial Branch policy.

  • Provide court reporter coverage for other judges within assigned district and other judges sitting on proceedings held in assigned district. Remain current on computerized court reporting technology.

  • Communicate with litigants and the public regarding requests for official transcripts.

  • Provide administrative support as assigned by the judge.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Preference given to graduates of a post-secondary court reporting (stenography) program approved by NCRA and the Montana Supreme Court.

  • Experience as an official court reporter in a courtroom setting is preferred, but new court-reporting graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Relevant experience (medical transcriptionists, paralegals, etc.) may substitute for prior stenography program completion where the candidate can demonstrate excellent typing skills, ability to operate and troubleshoot computerized recording systems, ability to produce transcripts, and understanding of court procedures.

  • Must be excellent communicator

Production Technician

The Production Technician is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.

Shift and Schedule:
This is a full time position located in Essex, VT working 12 hour shifts on a 3-4 rotationsFlexibility to work overtime and holidays is required as scheduled.

Available 12 hour Shifts:  

N1 Monday-Wednesday with every other Thursday 6pm-6:15AM

Pay: $21.63 p/hr

N2 Friday-Sunday with every other Thursday 6pm-6:15AM

Pay: $24.00 p/hr

 

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
  2. Understand and help drive improvement to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practice sand Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
  1. Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
  2. Actively engage in resolving production line issues, executing and developing standard work, tracking production data, and participating in daily management process.
  3. Actively learn and participate in formal problem-solving processes with team members.
  4. Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.

Qualifications:

  1. Ability to quickly learn about how processing and packaging equipment works. Mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience preferred.
  2. Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
  3. Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
  4. Basic mathematical skills  to make production calculations

Requirements:

  1. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
  2. Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
  3. Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
  4. Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.
