Forklift Associate Responsibilities: 

• Preparing warehouse products for shipment 
• Loading & unloading trucks
• Picking & packing orders per customer request 
• Inventory control, cycle counting, and inputting data
• Ride on pallet jack operation
• Operating reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and other warehouse machinery
• Use of RF scan guns

**This is a temporary position lasting 680 hours**
Pay: $13.57/Hour
Hours: Monday- Thursday 7:30am- 5pm
            Friday 7:30am- 12:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer, screen & transfer calls to the appropriate person
• Consistently provide clear & accurate information to caller
• Collects, dates, logs, sorts, and distributes material to the appropriate persons in a timely manner.
• Retrieves packages from post office and distributes them to recipients
• Erroneously delivered mail is readdressed and immediately sent out.
• Insures that outgoing correspondence/material is correctly documented, addressed, and has all necessary attachments.
• Maintain a current directory of names and addresses.
• All confidential/outdated material is maintained under security until destroyed in accordance with established procedures and schedules
• Place all material in correct files.
• Never allows unauthorized persons to access files.
• Organize and maintain files and reference manuals/materials; ensures confidentiality of information, as necessary.
