Schedule: M-F, 8am-4pm

Term: 9 months

Pay: $15/hr

Duties:

  • Read, sort, distribute, and process incoming documents and materials to be filed.
  • Perform data entry, queries, and record searches for files.
  • Respond to customer and coworker inquiries by phone or email to retrieve or update filed information.
  • Order, secure, and retain confidential materials into established hardcopy or electronic file systems.
  • Place materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes, or by electronic methods.
  • Process customer requests and record documents for files.
  • Dispose of outdated filed materials in accordance with agency records retention policies.
  • Perform periodic materials inspection to ensure correct placement and/or proper condition of filed data and documents.

Qualifications:

  • Background check required
  • Must be proficient with operation of office scanning equipment
  • Must be proficient with using Excel

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation
  • Ensure orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurately
  • Record inventory movements in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as necessary

  • Perform weekly inventory cycle counts • Assist in leading annual physical inventory
  • Process for shipping all samples and replacement request and update tracking information to worksheets
  • Work with the warehouse manager in rotating inventory
  • Work with VP of Operations on monthly ordering products
  • Collaborate with VP of Operations on weekly transferring of inventory between all fulfillment locations
  • Inventory management of the location designated for returns, samples, and donations
  • Publish weekly inventory reports in all fulfillment locations
  • Receive, unpack, organize, and repack returned products to prepare them for resale
  • Work with the sales department on the trade show planning, preparation, and execution
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills

  • Excellent data entry and data processing skills

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

    Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred

  • Prior experience and familiarity with warehouse operations

Essential Job Duties: • Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing chiller equipment. • Perform routine maintenance on chiller equipment to ensure they operate properly. • Repair or replace parts on existing chiller equipment. • Install, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration systems including refrigerant handling, instrumentation, control valves, motors, motor controls, motor switch gear, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), soft-starts, pumps, exchangers, filter, and refrigeration controllers. • Comply with company and industry safety standards. • Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Extensive knowledge of chiller systems and equipment. • Ability to use power and hand tools. • Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate chiller equipment. • Ability to read operation and repair manuals for chiller equipment. • Ability to follow instructions. • Excellent mechanical skills. • Excellent communication skills, as required to interact with customer.

The Position: Ink Room Tech

Ink Technicians are responsible for small batch blending of ink to support the Printing Departments. This position will collaborate with production teams to ensure inks are prepared to meet customer specifications and production needs.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Maintain a safe and well-organized ink work area.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, utilizing ink dispensing equipment, color management devices and business system software, to ensure quality standards are achieved.
  • Records color formula in color management software and issues formula and mixing procedure to appropriate workers.
  • Log all information requested on the color match. Maintains file folders containing color ink prints and formulas for each design for use as printing standard.
  • Review of daily production schedule and production status to ensure timely preparation and staging of inks.
  • Maintains Ink room inventories, (inks, solvent, operating supplies)
  • Review job tickets to verify ink components are available and used as specified.
  • Performs quality color checks.
  • Processes ink returns and recertify to standards.
  • Monitors press for related ink issues and assists with trouble shooting.
  • Processes ink deliveries and stores supplies following FIFO inventory processes.
  • Performs daily and periodic cleaning to maintain the required 5S standards throughout the manufacturing area.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Related duties as assigned.

 Skills and Knowledge:  

  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Packages assigned products manually or using machines designed to perform one or more of the packaging functions such as filling, labeling, banding, tying, wrapping, marking and packing containers, by

a. Retrieving bulk material and the containers, closures, and/or labels for the product to be packaged.

b. Cleaning the containers (and closures) to be filled.

c. Checking and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the equipment and utensils to be used in the filling operation.

d. Loading the hopper or the equipment to be used in the filling operation.

e. Inserting or pouring the prescribed amount of product into each container.

f. Closing the filed container with the prescribed closure.

g. If applicable, labeling and marking the filled container with label.

h. Packing the filled, marked containers in bags, boxes, and/or cartons as appropriate.

j. Confirming the number of units filled by manual or mechanical counts.

We are looking for a Client Administrative Assistant to join the Wealth Management Team of Financial Advisors.

The Client Administrator is within the wealth management team of Financial Advisors, and is responsible for comprehensive administrative support for one or more Financial Advisors.  Responsibilities include preparing correspondence in final form, maintaining files/records and transaction history, and conducting special projects as assigned.  Responsible for generating administrative products that are accurate, complete, properly formatted, fulfill the intended purpose, and present a positive image to all clients and outside parties.

 Client Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Completes a wide range of word processing and spreadsheet tasks, including correspondence, reports, tables, and agreements that require a high level of proficiency and knowledge of generally accepted formatting principles.
  • Prepares documents for client signatures and internal paperwork to open new accounts and maintain existing accounts. Answers incoming telephone calls determines purpose of caller, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Drafts written communication for Financial Advisors. Corrects, edits, and provides punctuation as necessary to ensure that the final copy conveys the intended meaning and is correct in detail.
  • Understands basic facets of investments: this includes income and dividends, bond maturities, trade settlement, corporate actions and cash management. 
  • Understands client statements and basic resolution of day to day operational items.
  • Frequent contact with clients, employees, auditors, client advisors such as CPA’s and attorneys, visitors, and vendors, maintaining positive relationships.  Exercises tact, confidentiality, judgment, initiative, and knowledge of functional areas to respond appropriately.
  • Assists with basic Estate & Trust Settlement issues as necessary. Includes preparing the Estate Val and sending the workflow ticket to Rock-it.
  • Completes the Irrevocable Trust with the assistance of the Financial Advisor-need Basic understanding of Irrevocable Trusts.
  • Assists the Financial Advisor by starting the Trust Information spreadsheet on the T-drive.
  • Schedules client appointments and prepare client meeting notice.
  • Supports Financial Advisor in pre-client meeting preparation and post-client meeting processing.  Prepare for and may attend client meetings, take, assemble and transcribe notes relative to action items, and decisions made during appointments.  Monitor and follow up with all action items from client conversations and meetings.
  • Responds to client inquiries and assist with client requests to provide the highest level of client service.  Assists with workshops, seminars and client educational events.
  • Generally, assists Financial Advisors with day-to-day activities, assists in reviewing of tax information during tax season.
  • Establishes, maintains and revises filing and record keeping system for multiple functions.  Collect and prepare data as needed for various reporting and/or auditing requirements.
  • Receives, opens, and sorts incoming mail. May screen routine inquiries and prepare responses of a factual nature.  Assists with answering phones and any coverage situations when needed.
  • Performs additional duties as requested.
