Job Responsibilities

  • Manage financial records
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping
  • Contribute to financial planning
  • Checking account balances daily and communicating low balances with Head of Finance.
  • Setting up new customers and vendors in NetSuite.
  • Reviewing and approving customer credit applications through an established process.
  • Creating and emailing customer invoices
  • Entering vendor bills and matching them with open vendor PO’s
  • Following up on accounts receivables and payables.
  • Placing customers on credit hold when applicable.
  • Entering customer payments (check, wire, and credit card)
  • Sending weekly payable reports to Head of Finance and print check to be signed.
  • Alert sales team and Head of Finance when orders fall short of allowed profit margins.

Job Requirements:

 

  • Fluent English verbal and written communication is a must.
  • At least 3 years of similar work experience is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of NetSuite (from Oracle) is preferred
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies.
  • Highly organized.

The Position: Ink Room Tech

Ink Technicians are responsible for small batch blending of ink to support the Printing Departments. This position will collaborate with production teams to ensure inks are prepared to meet customer specifications and production needs.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Maintain a safe and well-organized ink work area.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, utilizing ink dispensing equipment, color management devices and business system software, to ensure quality standards are achieved.
  • Records color formula in color management software and issues formula and mixing procedure to appropriate workers.
  • Log all information requested on the color match. Maintains file folders containing color ink prints and formulas for each design for use as printing standard.
  • Review of daily production schedule and production status to ensure timely preparation and staging of inks.
  • Maintains Ink room inventories, (inks, solvent, operating supplies)
  • Review job tickets to verify ink components are available and used as specified.
  • Performs quality color checks.
  • Processes ink returns and recertify to standards.
  • Monitors press for related ink issues and assists with trouble shooting.
  • Processes ink deliveries and stores supplies following FIFO inventory processes.
  • Performs daily and periodic cleaning to maintain the required 5S standards throughout the manufacturing area.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Related duties as assigned.

 Skills and Knowledge:  

  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Must possess integrity, communication and reasoning skills to provide a positive work environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong organization skills and great attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well independently or with others.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in printing and knowledge of ink procedures.
  • Leadership skills to manage a group of 4 to 6 people.
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Proactive with all continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent teamwork, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); plus ability to learn color management software.
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, stoop, squat, crawl, and kneel.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color acuity and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must have good judgment of color required for Color Hue evaluation.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Quality Assurance Technician / Food Production – Claremont, NH

The Quality Assurance Technician will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. This position requires the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and become an integral part of the facility’s daily operations and quality programs, while in compliance with the standards of wholesomeness, hygiene, health & safety at work.

 

Quality Assurance Technician Responsibilities:

  • MUST have 1-3 years food production work experience
  • Consistently maintain and improve the high standards 
  • Consistently maintain a positive working culture and professional relationships
  • Conduct daily reviews of all HACCP documentation and verification tasks
  • Create and implement new policies based on the need of facility or regulatory changes
  • Yields-be aware of inconsistencies and troubleshoot potential areas of improvement
  • Monitor Safefood360 for accuracy and compliance for all product documentation
  • Implement and train all applicable positions on these SOPs
  • Conduct monthly, weekly and quarterly internal audits
  • Assist the QA Manager in preparing for all external audits and customer requirements
  • Issue corrective actions to other employees’ departments if needed
  • Assist with Pre-operation inspections if needed

 Client Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Completes a wide range of word processing and spreadsheet tasks, including correspondence, reports, tables, and agreements that require a high level of proficiency and knowledge of generally accepted formatting principles.
  • Prepares documents for client signatures and internal paperwork to open new accounts and maintain existing accounts. Answers incoming telephone calls determines purpose of caller, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.

  • Frequent contact with clients, employees, auditors, client advisors such as CPA’s and attorneys, visitors, and vendors, maintaining positive relationships.  Exercises tact, confidentiality, judgment, initiative, and knowledge of functional areas to respond appropriately.
  • Assists with basic Estate & Trust Settlement issues as necessary. Includes preparing the Estate Val and sending the workflow ticket to Rock-it.
  • Completes the Irrevocable Trust with the assistance of the Financial Advisor-need Basic understanding of Irrevocable Trusts.
  • Assists the Financial Advisor by starting the Trust Information spreadsheet on the T-drive.
  • Schedules client appointments and prepare client meeting notice.
  • Supports Financial Advisor in pre-client meeting preparation and post-client meeting processing.  Prepare for and may attend client meetings, take, assemble and transcribe notes relative to action items, and decisions made during appointments.  Monitor and follow up with all action items from client conversations and meetings.
  • Responds to client inquiries and assist with client requests to provide the highest level of client service.  Assists with workshops, seminars and client educational events.
  • Generally, assists Financial Advisors with day-to-day activities, assists in reviewing of tax information during tax season.
  • Establishes, maintains and revises filing and record keeping system for multiple functions.  Collect and prepare data as needed for various reporting and/or auditing requirements.
  • Receives, opens, and sorts incoming mail. May screen routine inquiries and prepare responses of a factual nature.  Assists with answering phones and any coverage situations when needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Physical involvement includes bending, stooping, walking, and lifting up to 50#s (greater with assistance);

• Maintains accurate Daily Application Records of pesticides used, work performed, and coordinates with the Coordinator daily; Keeps accurate records of the weather and susceptible crops in the area worked;
• Knows and follows all safety procedures in the use of vehicles, equipment, and chemicals.
• Initiates routine daily operational records and reports;
• Is responsible for equipment and supplies assigned;
• Requires contact with the public and other County departments;
• Some hazards with chemicals, and duties may require work to be occasionally performed in undesirable weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduation from high school or its equivalent; PLUS
• Some work experience. Farm background helpful, or previous spraying experience helpful.
• Must possess a valid Montana Driver’s License and be qualified to be a licensed Applicator under the Weed and Mosquito Coordinator’s Pesticide Licenses, or able to obtain such a license before the season begins.

Broadwater County is soliciting qualified applicants to fill the position of seasonal weed/mosquito sprayers. This is a short term position working 32-40 hours per week for the season. The wage is $16-$18/hr+., DOE. Applicants must have a valid Montana Driver’s License and be able to pass a background check. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties are normal for this classification.  These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.  Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Performs general cleaning duties in accordance with the Custodial Staff Duties list.  These duties include sweeping,mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning restrooms, waxing and polishing woodwork and stainless steel fixtures, replenishing paper dispensers, cleaning windows, cleaning carpets, cleaning furniture, etc.Handles cleaning chemicals.Assists in incidental surveillance and reports unusual activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional Tasks and Responsibilities

While the following tasks are necessary for the work, they are not an essential part of the purpose of this classification and may also be performed by other employees.

  • Limited maintenance activities, including painting, patching drywall, changing light bulbs, etc.
  • Guarding secured area exit doors when airport law enforcement offices are not available to assure that passengers and public do not re-enter the area.
  • Maintaining custodial supplies inventory and ordering new supplies as necessary.
  • Communicating with airport tenants, users, and customers.

Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions

The following training and education, or any combination of the two that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities is required for this position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Knowledge of custodial supplies, equipment, and proper cleaning techniques

  • Ability to manipulate and operate cleaning tools (mops, vacuums, etc), small hand tools, snowblowers, snow shovels, motorized brooms, etc.
  • Ability to perform strenuous activity with the ability to occasionally lift and transport 50 lbs.
  • Ability to coordinate hands, eyes, feet, and limbs in performing skilled movements.
  • Ability to exert required physical effort to perform moderate work typically involving some combination of stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to recognize and identify similarities or differences between colors, shapes, sounds, odors, and textures associated with job-related objects, materials, and tasks.

Working Conditions

Work is generally performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.   Work performed outdoors is infrequent, but when experienced may be in adverse conditions.  The position is subject to work outside traditional hours including overnight, weekend, and holiday work.

Pay- $28-$30/hr + ($5K sign-on bonus) + overtime pay + on-call pay + variable pay.

Hours- Monday-Friday, 9:30-5:30 -with every third week on call overnight. 

 

The Sr. Field Service Associate/Driver provides day-to-day oversight at a service center and facilitates the delivery, pickup, maintenance, cleaning, and quality processing of medical equipment.

The selected service professional will assist the Territory Service Manager (TSM) in the oversight of employees – providing work assignments for daily activities and tracking service center metrics. 

Also involved in compliance-related activities such as self-inspections and infection control to conform to, support, and enforce all company policies and procedures.   

Other Day-to-Day Functions:

  • Facilitate Williston team’s delivery and placement of critical care medical equipment in area hospitals.
  • Lead internal and external audits
  • Inventory of products and parts for the service center. Monthly asset inventories within the service center.
  • Drive a company fleet vehicle (box truck or van) to conduct field activities as needed.
  • Participate in on-call and holiday work requirements as needed
  • Assist in preparation and distribution of required reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or related field) and/or 3+ years of senior-level customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated experience directly supervising the work of employees and managing change and multiple priorities.          
  • Must travel as required to customer sites (overnight travel amount will vary depending on the territories to be covered)
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office.
