Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities

• Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures

. • Operate forklift and/or pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods.

• Ensure items are properly packed, labeled, and staged for shipment. • Document and maintain accurate shipping records.

• Safely and accurately load all outbound freight.

• Unload inbound trailer deliveries and read/complete supporting documents (i.e., bill of lading (BOL))

• Identify, record, and provide recommendations for any issues or non-conformities relating to the product, process, and quality system. • Participate in inventory procedures and cycle counts.

• Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.

• Clean and maintain assigned area.

Location: Leominster MA in a Manufacturing Facility

Pay: $26-$32/hr DOE

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of industrial machinery and equipment within our facility. This role involves conducting regular inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance measures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Duties/Responsibilities:

 • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery, including but not limited to Motors, Vacuum Systems, Hydraulic systems, and Pneumatic systems, High Temp Ovens, and Water filtration.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes of equipment failures.

• Repair Work: Execute repairs on malfunctioning equipment, replacing defective parts, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper functionality to minimize production disruptions.

 • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and prolong lifespan, including lubrication, calibration, and component replacement

. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment status, utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other relevant documentation tools.

Qualification and Skills/Minimum Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.

• 3-5 Years maintenance mechanic experience

• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, vacuum systems, and PLC systems.

 • Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid in equipment diagnostics and repairs.

 • Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices and techniques to minimize downtime and extend equipment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk and climb stairs, climb ladders, crawl in small and tight spaces; stoop and/or kneel; lift and/or move and/or carry up to 20 pounds or more in the work environment.
  • Ability to handle, finger, grasp, and feel objects and equipment.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms.

Job Summary: The Industrial Process Technician will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to chillers and their ancillary equipment.

Essential Job Duties: • Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing chiller equipment. • Perform routine maintenance on chiller equipment to ensure they operate properly. • Repair or replace parts on existing chiller equipment. • Install, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration systems including refrigerant handling, instrumentation, control valves, motors, motor controls, motor switch gear, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), soft-starts, pumps, exchangers, filter, and refrigeration controllers. • Comply with company and industry safety standards. • Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Extensive knowledge of chiller systems and equipment. • Ability to use power and hand tools. • Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate chiller equipment. • Ability to read operation and repair manuals for chiller equipment. • Ability to follow instructions. • Excellent mechanical skills. • Excellent communication skills, as required to interact with customer.

The Sr. Field Service Associate/Driver provides day-to-day oversight at a service center and facilitates the delivery, pickup, maintenance, cleaning, and quality processing of medical equipment.

The selected service professional will assist the Territory Service Manager (TSM) in the oversight of employees – providing work assignments for daily activities and tracking service center metrics.

Other Day-to-Day Functions:

  • Facilitate Williston team’s delivery and placement of critical care medical equipment in area hospitals.
  • Lead internal and external audits

  • Assist in preparation and distribution of required reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a Client Administrative Assistant to join the Wealth Management Team of Financial Advisors.

The Client Administrator is within the wealth management team of Financial Advisors, and is responsible for comprehensive administrative support for one or more Financial Advisors.  Responsibilities include preparing correspondence in final form, maintaining files/records and transaction history, and conducting special projects as assigned.  Responsible for generating administrative products that are accurate, complete, properly formatted, fulfill the intended purpose, and present a positive image to all clients and outside parties.

 Client Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Completes a wide range of word processing and spreadsheet tasks, including correspondence, reports, tables, and agreements that require a high level of proficiency and knowledge of generally accepted formatting principles.
  • Prepares documents for client signatures and internal paperwork to open new accounts and maintain existing accounts. Answers incoming telephone calls determines purpose of caller, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Drafts written communication for Financial Advisors. Corrects, edits, and provides punctuation as necessary to ensure that the final copy conveys the intended meaning and is correct in detail.
  • Understands basic facets of investments: this includes income and dividends, bond maturities, trade settlement, corporate actions and cash management. 
  • Understands client statements and basic resolution of day to day operational items.
  • Frequent contact with clients, employees, auditors, client advisors such as CPA’s and attorneys, visitors, and vendors, maintaining positive relationships.  Exercises tact, confidentiality, judgment, initiative, and knowledge of functional areas to respond appropriately.
  • Assists with basic Estate & Trust Settlement issues as necessary. Includes preparing the Estate Val and sending the workflow ticket to Rock-it.
  • Completes the Irrevocable Trust with the assistance of the Financial Advisor-need Basic understanding of Irrevocable Trusts.
  • Assists the Financial Advisor by starting the Trust Information spreadsheet on the T-drive.
  • Schedules client appointments and prepare client meeting notice.
  • Supports Financial Advisor in pre-client meeting preparation and post-client meeting processing.  Prepare for and may attend client meetings, take, assemble and transcribe notes relative to action items, and decisions made during appointments.  Monitor and follow up with all action items from client conversations and meetings.
  • Responds to client inquiries and assist with client requests to provide the highest level of client service.  Assists with workshops, seminars and client educational events.
  • Generally, assists Financial Advisors with day-to-day activities, assists in reviewing of tax information during tax season.
  • Establishes, maintains and revises filing and record keeping system for multiple functions.  Collect and prepare data as needed for various reporting and/or auditing requirements.
  • Receives, opens, and sorts incoming mail. May screen routine inquiries and prepare responses of a factual nature.  Assists with answering phones and any coverage situations when needed.
  • Performs additional duties as requested.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Practice Manager

REPORTS TO: Physician/Owner

JOB SUMMARY: This full-time position oversees the day-to-day operational functions, practice development and strategic planning for the medical practice, ensuring that quality patient care and outstanding customer service are consistently delivered and the practice runs smoothly and successfully.

  • Three years of experience in medical record coding and billing, or the;
  • Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):

Revenue Cycle Management including the following:

  • Interprets medical information such as diseases or symptoms and diagnostic descriptions and procedure to accurately assign and sequence the correct ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
  • Evaluates medical record documentation and charge-ticket coding to optimize reimbursement by ensuring that diagnostic and procedural codes and other documentation accurately reflects and supports outpatient visits and to ensure that data complies with legal standards and guidelines.
  • Posts electronic payments and/or patient charges as needed.
  • Responsible for accurate posting and adjustments related to patient services.
  • Oversees patient/insurance charges, billings, payments, collections and refunds.
  • Oversees accounts receivable activities.
  • Ensures correct daily bank deposits, credit card transactions, change envelope and reconciles petty cash.

Clinical Documentation Integrity and Improvement:

  • Provides technical guidance to physicians and other staff in identifying and resolving issues or errors such as incomplete or missing records and documentation, ambiguous or nonspecific documentation, and/or codes that do not conform to approved coding principles/guidelines.

Compliance including:

  • Ensures practice compliance with all regulatory agencies governing small businesses, health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.
  • Monitor compliance, investigate incidents in which a breach of PHI may have occurred, report breaches as necessary, and ensure patients´ rights in accordance with state and federal laws.

Staffing and Development:

  • Establishes a high-performance staff that is efficient, knowledgeable, service oriented and shares responsibility for attaining the goals of the practice.
  • Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training and development of staff, performance reviews and when needed, disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Creates agendas, schedules and leads staff meetings.
  • Effectively communicates relevant information to staff in a timely manner.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to staff and ensure high employee morale and professionalism.
  • Addresses staff or patient complaints and resolves problems.

Practice Development and Strategic Planning:

  • Establishes, overseas, implements and/or updates practice operating policies and procedures.
  • Recommends, develops and helps implement improvements for the practice.
  • Keeps Physician/Owner apprised about current trends, problems or other vital information and issues regarding the practice, patients and/or staff.  
  • Provider recruitment, initial credentialing, and re-credentialing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
