? Write basic CMM programs to measure parts for FAI’s, CPK’s, PQ’s, OQ’s and IQ’s
? Perform basic FAI’s and Gage R&R inspections PQ, OQ and IQ inspections
? Possess Knowledge of standardized CMM fixturing based on part geometry
? Interpret ballooned customer drawings, with basic understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerance
? Must maintain an accurate library of programs and written setup instructions for all CMM an OGP programs

Experience
? Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software
? Accurately read and understand blueprints, inspection reports and quality documentation relating to material or products
? Must have basic CMM programming experience required with knowledge of Hexagon PCDMIS
? Must have experience with optical comparators, tool mics, pin gages, etc.
? Must have basic understanding of GD&T measurements
? Ability to communicate well with others and work in a tem environment
? Must be able to take direction well and competently carry out instructions

Qualifications
? Minimum 1 year experience as a mechanical inspection
? Minimum 1 year CMM experience
? Create basic programs on CMM and OGP 
? Basic knowledge of GD&T 
? Excellent presentation and reporting skills
? Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision

Mon – Fri

5:30am – 2:30pm

$17.50/hr
 

Prepare fabric for diaphragm production
Measure material using ruler and basic instruments
Cut material following written description with use of scissors or clicker
Handle inventory of material and lift average 30 lbs or less.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ability to understand written and verbal instructions
Good math skills
Good communication skills

REQUIRED TRAINING:

PPE
On the job safety review

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school graduate preferred
1 year of previous manufacturing or similar skills experience preferred
