Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Are you looking for a steady daytime position in the heart of downtown Indianapolis? We’re hiring a reliable Office Support Clerk to join a professional team in a clean, organized office environment.

What You’ll Do

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Greet visitors and provide front-desk support

• Enter data accurately into company systems

• File, scan, and organize documents

• Assist with scheduling and general administrative tasks

• Support office staff with day-to-day clerical duties

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

• Strong attention to detail

• Professional communication skills

• Ability to sit for extended periods

Preferred:

• Previous administrative or office experience
