What You Will Do:

  • Assists with updating respiratory grid
  • Available for on-call assignments as needed
  • Completes all necessary delivery forms and paperwork including, but not limited to invoices, work orders, manifests and logs, patient care instructions, route sheets, etc.
  • Coordinates verification of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage information
  • Delivers, sets up and maintains equipment at the delivery address using company vehicle
  • Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations
  • Educates the patient and/or caregiver on the safe use and maintenance of the delivered items
  • Maintains assigned company vehicle in a clean and safe working condition
  • Manages all aspects of intake: answering the phone and receiving faxes, collecting patient and referral source information, data input into IMBS, printing
  • tickets, assembling charts and processing paperwork
  • Prepares CMNs/SOPs for Sales Reps and documents on tracking log
  • Prepares complete and accurate files for Billing Department
  • Prepares tickets for daily routes
  • Provides service for walk-in patients
 Travel via company vehicle to patient’s homes for set-ups and reoccurring delivery

Duties:

  • Through telephone interviews, obtains all necessary information from the benefit recipient or the contact and processes transportation requests.
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in work produced.
  • Understands and complies with contract rules and regulations.
  • Attends appropriate meetings and in-services, related to work activity.
  • Exhibits good customer service skills in answering incoming phone requests. Returns telephone messages in a timely and efficient manner, within 2 business hours as required by the contract.
  • Participates in CQI activities; bi-weekly staff meetings
  • Enters data into the MARS computer system using tools provided to assure accurate information. i.e.: browse window, provider listings, MMA manual, etc.
  • Uses Recip. Comments for most current recipient review decisions in assessing closest provider.
  • Determines medical necessity for cab & WCV (wheelchair) services by seeking information from recipients regarding usual mode of transportation, possible disabilities, etc. and noting decision in Recip. Comments.
  • Evaluates closest appropriate provider/facility for the service based on information provided during the intake interview.
  • Assesses the need for per diem and determines appropriate allowed amount.
  • Calls CAB’s & WCV’s to notify them on all same day transports and assures availability for the trip. Also calls taxi’s/WCV’s to notify on all early morning next day trips completed after noon.
  • Enters brief but thorough comments on all intakes to support actions taken and decisions made.
  • Assures that phones are adequately covered during business hours using tools provided for this purpose. i.e.: 8×8; Microsoft Teams

 

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or GED.
  • Some familiarity or understanding of medical terminology preferred.
  • 1 year of experience as a medical secretary, ward clerk, accredited record technician desired.
  • Work experience in answering telephone and serving customers.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Good keyboard skills (typing and 10-key).
  • Basic computer skills with experience in Windows operating systems.
  • Successful applicant(s) will be subject to a background check.

Job Overview:

Centralized Intake (CI) is a child abuse and neglect hotline staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that allegations of child abuse and neglect received are accurately assessed to ensure the safety of children. The hotline serves as the central reporting for all allegations of child abuse or neglect in Montana.

 

Responsibilities of this position include:

1) Gathers information from callers to determine whether statutory criteria for investigation are present;

2) Assigns priority response time and routes applicable reports directly to local offices to ensure identified safety threats are responded to in a timely manner to ensure child safety; and

3) Checks and verifies information from multiple data sources to determine additional requirements; including escalated safety factors of the alleged victim and field staff. 

 

Qualifications:

Required for the first day of work:

  • Knowledge of social work practices and principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and stressful situations.
  • Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and general office equipment as necessary to complete the essential functions, including using spreadsheet, word processing, database, email, internet and other computer programs.

 Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
  • One year of human services experience working with children and families.
  • Other combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis; however, a bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A six-month completed internship with Child Protective Services will be accepted in lieu of the one year required experience.

 

Major Duties or Responsibilities

Conducts Initial Assessment of Allegations to Ensure Child Safety                                                                                         

  • Receives phone calls from mandatory and non-mandatory reporters of child abuse and neglect and follows an information gathering protocol to obtain sufficient information from the reporter.
  • Gathers information from callers to determine whether statutory criteria for investigation are present.
  • Assesses the call report and determines if the referral information warrants immediate or further investigation by field social workers and/or law enforcement intervention in accordance with statutes and the division’s safety practice model.  
  • Assigns priority response time and routes applicable reports directly to local offices to ensure identified safety threats are responded to in a timely manner to ensure child safety.
  • Prioritizes and assigns referrals for field investigation; notifies management and field social worker of critical information and ensures an immediate response when necessary. 
  • Completes CI Intake Assessment form and required documentation in CAPS and Doc Gen in accordance with policy and procedure to accurately document the information in the report received.
  • Contacts law enforcement as necessary for investigation of reports the division does not have authority to investigate and for welfare checks on children whose safety may be of concern; and enters reports from law enforcement when child safety issues are identified.
  • Responds to requests for emergency provision of legal consent to treat children in protective custody, runaways, and foster parents requesting assistance.
  • Serves as a central point of contact for the public and others seeking information to which they are legally entitled in regards to children in protective custody. 

 

Field Support Services                                                                                                                            

  • Performs background checks to assess prior child protective reports to assess current child safety or risk of harm to assist investigative worker in the field.
  • Obtains critical child protection or criminal history from other states when necessary to allow for accurate report determinations.
  • Checks and verifies information from multiple data sources to determine additional requirements; including escalated safety factors of the alleged victim and field staff.
  • Performs check of Violent and Sexual Offender Registry where need is indicated; and determine safety issues and alerts field worker of issues which may create a dangerous situation when responding to the call.
  • Testifies at hearings and in court when required regarding actions and responses to referrals.

 

Data/Reports                                                                                                                                   

  •   Records daily activity regarding types of calls received and other performance tasks.
  •   Prepares monthly unit activity reports as requested by supervisor.
  •   Provides support and assistance to field social workers by engaging in continuous quality improvement processes with supervisors to ensure that Centralized Intake is delivering appropriate information to field social workers to ensure the safety of children, families, and workers.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in data analytics, computer science, information technology, or related field. A bachelor’s degree in data sciences is desirable. Combinations of experience and education will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Skills in database design, data security, and data lifecycle management (i.e., gathering, cleansing, publishing, archiving, back-up and recovery, and purging) for large enterprise systems.

  • Familiarity with master data, metadata, reference data, data warehousing, database structure, business intelligence principles and processes, and technical architecture.

  • Knowledge of database management systems, metadata management tools, cloud storage, and associated security considerations.

  • Experience in data warehousing and governance.

  • Practical experience in enabling data usability, availability, and efficiency.

  • Maintain a high level of concentration and attentiveness throughout all court proceedings, regardless of disruptions and other unpredictable and adverse conditions.

  • Utilize computer equipment and software for preparation of transcripts.

  • Transcribe, proofread, certify, and distribute official transcripts.

  • Type intermittent notes based on the audio capture as the FTR receive it. 
  • Archive computerized recordings or stenographic and associated files pursuant to Judicial Branch policy.

  • Provide court reporter coverage for other judges within assigned district and other judges sitting on proceedings held in assigned district. Remain current on computerized court reporting technology.

  • Communicate with litigants and the public regarding requests for official transcripts.

  • Provide administrative support as assigned by the judge.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Preference given to graduates of a post-secondary court reporting (stenography) program approved by NCRA and the Montana Supreme Court.

  • Experience as an official court reporter in a courtroom setting is preferred, but new court-reporting graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Must have expertise in equipment such as Pedel.
  • Relevant experience (medical transcriptionists, paralegals, etc.) may substitute for prior stenography program completion where the candidate can demonstrate excellent typing skills, ability to operate and troubleshoot computerized recording systems, ability to produce transcripts, and understanding of court procedures.

Maintenance Technician –Up to $30/hour (Day Shift)
Location: Indianapolis (Airport Area)
Job Type: Full-Time | Industry: Manufacturing

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. This position focuses on mechanical, hydraulic, and facility maintenance.


Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping machinery and physical structures in top working order. You’ll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and assist with equipment moves and facility upkeep.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems

  • Maintain and repair facility structures, including pipe systems and pumps

  • Operate forklifts, lifts, rigging, and machine-moving equipment

  • Use lathes, grinders, drills, and other tools to fabricate or repair components

  • Follow OSHA safety procedures and company policies


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Proficiency with hand tools, blueprints, and mechanical schematics

  • Familiarity with welding, plumbing, rigging, and heavy equipment operation

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently and work at heights up to 40 ft


Schedule & Pay

  • Day Shift

  • Up to $30.00/hour

  • Overtime may be available
