Onsite Inpatient Billing Specialist – Alexandria, LA

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inpatient Billing Specialist to join our team in Alexandria, LA. This is a full-time, onsite role working Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with $17/hr starting pay.

Responsibilities

• Process inpatient claims on UB-04s and IOP claims on 1500s
• Complete accurate billing, data entry, and claim follow-up
• Handle customer service calls with professionalism
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Adapt to new or additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of billing experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Solid communication and customer service skills
