Job Title: CNC Programmer Location: Bossier City, LA Employment Type: Full-Time Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs that support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate has strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with machinists and engineers. Responsibilities Develop and revise CNC programs for milling and turning Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models Select tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot and improve processes Set up and prove out new programs Ensure programs meet safety, quality, and productivity standards Maintain documentation and revision control Identify ways to reduce cycle time and scrap Qualifications High school diploma/GED required; technical degree preferred 3+ years of CNC programming experience Proficiency with G-code and M-code Ability to read complex drawings and use precision measurement tools Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) Knowledge of multi-axis machining a plus Skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good communication and time-management skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Work safely in a manufacturing environment Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Training and advancement opportunities
