Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. The Welder will be responsible for welding metal components using various techniques to produce high-quality products that meet safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting metals Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform minor equipment maintenance and report issues as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous welding experience required/preferred Experience with MIG/TIG welding a plus Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to required weight and stand for extended periods Work Environment Manufacturing or industrial setting Exposure to heat, noise, and metal materials
