NOW HIRING: Heavy Equipment Operator (Experienced Only)
Alexandria, LA | $28–$35/hr DOE

We’re looking for an operator who can hit grade, move material with precision, and keep a job site safe and productive.

We need a pro who can operate Excavators & Dozers with accuracy and confidence. If you’ve got at least 5 years of experience, can read blueprints, handle inspections, and support a busy job site, you’re our kind of operator.

This Role Includes:

Running Excavators & Dozers to exact specifications
Working across construction & industrial projects
Reading blueprints & understanding job requirements
Handling equipment inspections and minor maintenance
Supporting site crews and jumping in where needed

What It Takes:

5+ years of hands-on equipment operation
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
CDL-A (Preferred)
Ability to demonstrate skills in the field
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
