Westaff is Looking for Deburring Manufacturing Associates in Berlin, CT!

1st and 2nd shift availabilities: Monday- Friday 6:30am-2:30pm OR Monday – Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm

**As a Deburring Associate you will be handling very small parts, must have good hand dexterity, and attention to details**

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr based on experience 

Deburring General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deburr small part assemblies
• Grind, sand, clean, deburr or polish objects or parts to correct defects or to prepare surfaces for further finishing
• Use of hand and power tools
• Measure and mark equipment, objects, or parts to ensure grinding and polishing standards are met
• Move controls to adjust, start, or stop equipment during grinding and polishing processes
• Plan layout of parts or assemblies from production schedule 
• Count, wrap, pack and label assemblies and parts as required

Deburring General Skills & Abilities:

• Manual Dexterity 
• Experience grinding, sanding & polishing metal materials
• 1-4 years experience in manufacturing deburring or polishing 
• Must be comfortable with Microscopes and sitting at one station all day using it.
