Location: North Haven
Employment Type: Full-Time- 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, Fridays 8am-12pm
Pay rate: $20/hr
About the Role:
Seeking detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations, purchasing activities, inventory control, and customer service functions. This role is essential to keeping office, production, and administrative processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing & Inventory

Create requisitions and PO numbers for ordering office, maintenance, and production supplies.

Maintain receipts and inventory records for all PO numbers and requisitions.

Manage inventory for roll stock, finished goods, and work-in-progress (WIP).
Administrative & Office Support:

Provide daily administrative support including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, FedEx, faxes, and other correspondence.

Answer and route incoming phone calls; screen callers and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.

Manage the reception area, greet and assist visitors, provide information, and issue visitor badges.

Check company voicemail, respond to messages, and forward information to the appropriate employees.

Prepare and distribute departmental reports as needed.

Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.).

Support coworkers with requests for information and general administrative needs.
Customer Service & Operations Support:

Train as backup for customer service, shipping scheduling, safety administration, and records management.

Support company policies, procedures, and team communication.

Uphold PCA’s business philosophy of meeting customer needs, exceeding expectations, and supporting long-term growth.

High school diploma required; some college or administrative training preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or office environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
