Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday | $19–$20/hr
Bilingual: English & Spanish required
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team in Fort Lauderdale. Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order status updates
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
• Resolve issues professionally and escalate when necessary
• Support administrative tasks and general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bilingual English & Spanish (required)
• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and basic office software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Highschool Diploma Required
