Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm w/Opportunity for OT
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in data
• File, organize, and store electronic and hard-copy documents in designated locations
• Provide support in overseeing and coordinating custodial staff
• Generate reports as needed
• Store and/or transfer data upon request
• Obtain review and approval signatures when required
• Post data and maintain records
• Perform general administrative duties to support department operations
Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong accuracy in administrative tasks
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to generate, read, and analyze reports

• Ability to safely and successfully perform all essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must comply with all company personnel policies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
