We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead, coordinate, and support daily construction operations while upholding company standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage people, materials, and project activities efficiently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create daily job duties and delegate tasks to construction crews.
- Create and monitor work schedules, ensuring each employee can safely and effectively complete assigned tasks.
- Review work orders before assigning tasks and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Ensure work sites are cleaned and cleared of hazardous materials before construction begins.
- Conduct daily briefings outlining tasks to be completed.
- Manage cost efficiency by controlling labor, materials, and tools.
- Ensure all materials, equipment, and tools are available and in proper working condition.
- Oversee crew performance to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper storage of equipment and tools.
- Inspect ongoing work throughout the day for safety and quality compliance.

Required Knowledge & Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a construction foreman or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, equipment, and job-site safety.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
