Call Center Rep!
Must be familiar with inbound/ outbound, text, chat and email customer service with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
$16.44 an hour, temp to hire
Serve as the primary point of contact for the public by answering incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries related to parks, programs, events, maintenance, safety concerns, and general information.
• Answer inbound calls from the public regarding park conditions, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or other service-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate, timely, and friendly responses while demonstrating patience, empathy, and high customer service standards.
• Route calls, inquiries, and service requests to the appropriate divisions or departments in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide general information to patrons regarding park amenities, hours of operation, events, programs, and departmental policies.
• Identify urgent or emergency situations and notify supervisors or appropriate emergency services following established escalation protocols.
• Document, create, and update all service requests and reports accurately in the centralized tracking system.
• Ensure all tickets and service requests are logged with complete and accurate details to support timely resolution.
• Monitor open requests and follow up as needed to ensure timely communication and appropriate updates to patrons.
• Adhere to call center policies, procedures, service level expectations, and quality standards.
