Customer Service & Office Support
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $22/hr
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage customer calls professionally.
- Provide product information and support.
- Coordinate customer pickups and prepare documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry and update customer records.
- Process orders, verify specs, and confirm pricing.
- Work with production, sales, and logistics to resolve issues.
- Assist with filing and general office tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing/construction preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and order-entry systems.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow procedures.
