2nd Shift Machine Operators – Swanton, VT

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (1st Shift)
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Pay Range: $18.00–$23.65/hour, based on experience

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Swanton, VT. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of producing precision medical burr blanks used across the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and/or CNC grinding machinery
• Manufacture high-quality precision-ground medical burr blanks
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and adhere to all safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members in a clean, organized manufacturing environment
