Job Opening: Human Resources Specialist

Term: 3-6 months

Shift: Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 8am – 5pm

Pay: $25.19-$31.90/hour DOE

What You Will Do:

• Work with Human Resource Coordinator and Leadership team in all aspects of recruitment and selection process
• Research and recommend new and creative methods to attract top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to identify talent
• Work with directors, managers and supervisors in developing interview questions
• Conducts reference checks
• Writes offer letters to the successful candidates based
• Assist with developing and implementing new employee orientations
• Assist with benefits administration
• Develop and edit job descriptions as needed
• Maintain employee personnel records; collect and update employee information as needed
• Assist in the development of Human Resources office procedures and policies
• Maintain records and employee personnel files
• Responsible for credentialing new providers and re-credential existing employees
• Monitor and update employee training and certification records
• May assist with employee trainings

What You Will Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, public relations, human resources or related field required
• One (1) year of experience working in Human Resources or Recruitment required
• Experience working in a medical or clinical office preferred
• Knowledge and use of typical office equipment including telephone, copiers, fax machines, and personal computer
• Position may require occasional visits to other sites.
