Job Opening: Casing Mill Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Casing Mill Technician with experience in machine operation, welding, and overhead crane operation. This position is responsible for preparing, cutting, and processing casing materials while following safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to operate multiple types of equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate casing mill machines and related production equipment
• Perform basic welding tasks for repairs, adjustments, or fabrication needs
• Safely operate overhead cranes to move and stage materials
• Measure, cut, and process casing to required specifications
• Inspect materials before and after processing for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain accurate production records and follow work instructions
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any issues
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company procedures

Qualifications

• Machine operator experience required
• Welding experience required (MIG or stick preferred)
• Overhead crane operating experience required
• Ability to read measurements, gauges, and work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
