Location: Alexandria, LA
Pay: $18.00 / Hour

What You’ll Do
- Jump into action to troubleshoot, resolve, or dispatch high-severity cases.
- Keep clear, detailed notes so the next person can follow your footsteps.
- Diagnose issues, create cases, and order parts with accuracy.
- Handle escalations like a seasoned pro.
- Travel about 25% of the time — install, configure, train, and support customers while getting out of town and seeing a bit more of the world (or at least the region!).
- Take incoming support calls before they hit the answering service.
- Follow established processes so everything runs smoother than a freshly oiled machine.
- Stay sharp on new products, changes, tools, and system troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Mechanical, electrical, or general technical skills required
- Experience with pharmaceutical automation a plus but not required
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Schedule Details
- 8-hour shifts (typically 40+ hours), any day from 7am–7pm
- On-call rotations (including some holidays/weekends)
- Overtime available
- Travel approximately 25% of the time
