Job Title: Yard / Logistics Manager
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Yard / Logistics Manager to oversee daily yard operations, manage incoming and outgoing materials, and ensure efficient coordination of deliveries and inventory. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily yard operations and workflow

Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling

Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records

Supervise yard staff and assign daily tasks

Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed

Schedule and track deliveries and pickups

Inspect materials and equipment for quality and damage

Maintain clean and organized yard environment
Qualifications:

Previous logistics, warehouse, or yard management experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment (certification preferred)

Basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
