Description
A trusted towing and recovery company serving the Alexandria area, is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL A Tow Truck Driver to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping customers, operates equipment safely, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Call Rotation
Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime Opportunities
Compensation: $20/hour + Quarterly Safety Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks and related equipment
- Respond to dispatch calls and provide roadside assistance
- Tow, load/unload, and transport vehicles according to company standards
- Maintain accurate paperwork and service documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service during high-stress or emergency situations
- Follow all DOT, safety, and operational guidelines
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work call rotations and occasional extended hours
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift, operate heavy equipment, and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Previous towing experience preferred, but not always required
