We’re looking for a Production Technician who’s eager to learn, ready to contribute, and excited to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
?? What You’ll Do
As a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production operations running smoothly and safely. You will:
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while modeling safe behaviors.
• Learn to operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues with your team.
• Support improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Participate in daily management processes and standard work execution.
• Track production data and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Engage in structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
?? Shift & Schedule
This is a full-time position based in Essex, VT, working 12-hour shifts on a 3–4 rotation.
Available Shift:
• N2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday
Hours: 5:55 PM – 6:10 AM
Flexibility to work overtime and holidays as scheduled is required.

• Ability to quickly learn how processing and packaging equipment works.
(Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is a plus.)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort using computers and willingness to learn production software.
• Basic math skills for production calculations.
• Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and a desire to grow.
?? Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout the entire shift.
• Frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, twist, and reach overhead.
• Work in varying temperature and humidity conditions.
