🛠? Responsibilities
• Ensure safe and correct operation of all equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment.
• Identify faulty equipment through observation, testing, and diagnostic tools.
• Source replacement parts and perform necessary repairs.
• Safely operate power tools, hoists, and hand tools.
• Inspect and evaluate used parts using micrometers, calipers, and technical specifications.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Prepare maintenance reports, daily logs, and summary presentations based on trends and findings.
?? Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance (Manufacturing or Production environment preferred).
• Strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and collaborate.
• Mechanical skills in injection molding, ink printing, labeling, or shrink-sleeve machinery (ideal).
• Bilingual: English & Spanish.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, pull, and walk for extended periods across the production floor.
• Knowledge and safe use of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
