Description

Westaff Hiring CNC Machinists in Torrington, CT for global industrial equipment manufacturer. 

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $19–$23/hour (may adjust for the right fit)

**Overtime: Up to 10-hour days when needed (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) – flexibility is a MUST**

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate large manual CNC machines
• Perform troubleshooting, and inspections
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Record production data accurately

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Ability to work with large manual CNC machines
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Flexibility for overtime when needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
