Westaff is looking for a Screen Print Operator in the Sterling, MA area for Immediate Start!
Location: Sterling, MA
Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with OT available on Fridays!
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour DOE
This role focuses on printing graphics, labels, and component markings with accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen-printing equipment
- Prepare screens, inks, and materials
- Ensure proper alignment and print quality
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean
Qualifications
- Experience in screen printing or Graphics arts preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and read job specs
- Comfortable working with inks and small components
