Westaff is now hiring for an Billing Clerk (Freight) for a great company in South Baton Rouge!
$18-20 an hour, Monday – Friday, 730am-430pm
Position/Job Title – Transportation Specialist – Billing Clerk
Job Description/Duties – This position will be focused on freight billing and payments
- Receiving emailed invoices to review
- Verifying charges in the system
- Creating, and posting a freight settlement in SAP
- Contesting incorrect charges
- Completing other types of billing through Concur when required
- Other duties as required.
Education/Skill requirements – Some College, Concur, SAP experience/ knowledge a plus.
