Hydraulic Mechanic

Location: Alexandria, LA

Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Some Saturdays as needed)

Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Hydraulic Mechanic with experience in cylinder and pump tear-down. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting, and working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Tear down hydraulic cylinders for inspection and repair

• Disassemble and rebuild hydraulic pumps

• Inspect components for wear, scoring, and damage

• Clean and prepare parts for reassembly

• Assist with testing and quality checks

• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulic systems preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to lift and handle shop tools and equipment

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work occasional Saturdays

• Team-oriented and safety-focused
