Paralegal
Location: Southwest Indianapolis
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Pay: $20/hour
We’re hiring a detail-focused Paralegal to support litigation and legal operations. This role involves research, document drafting, case support, and maintaining confidential records. If you’re organized, analytical, and comfortable handling sensitive information, this is a strong opportunity to build experience in a professional legal environment.
Responsibilities

Assist Legal Counsel with litigation support

Conduct legal research using statutes and case law

Draft affidavits, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal notices
-
Coordinate subpoenas and public records requests

Maintain indexed legal files and confidential documentation
-
Liaise with external legal partners as needed
Required Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Paralegal certification and 2 years of paralegal experience
-
At least 2 years of basic computer experience

Strong attention to detail
-
Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
Highly Desired
-
2 years’ experience with LexisNexis and Westlaw
-
Experience developing procedures or programs
-
PACE, CORE, or CLA/CP certification in good standing

Associate’s degree (or higher) in Paralegal Studies with certification
