Job Opening: Warehouse Supervisor

Westaff is hiring a Warehouse Lead in St. Cloud, MN! 

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse lead who enjoys coaching people, solving problems, and supporting a team. If you have leadership experience, communicate well, and work flexibly, this is a great opportunity for you!

Pay: $ 36 / hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 am to 4 pm.  Flexibility is required to support the team and meet workload demands.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Train and guide employees to ensure processes and expectations are understood
• Coordinate daily work assignments and set priorities based on operational needs
• Review performances and handle disciplinary actions when needed
• Maintain a safe work environment and take immediate action when issues arise
• Communicate clearly with employees, managers, and other departments
• Complete reports, documentation, and administrative tasks accurately
• Report incidents and accidents immediately
• Operate a forklift when needed and support your team on the floor
• Assist with problem-solving and help the team overcome daily challenges
• Support additional tasks assigned by Operations

• Lead or management experience is required
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to hold others accountable
• Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
• Forklift experience required
• Computer skills for reporting, communication, and documentation
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
