Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, increase efficiency, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and implement cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows

Analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency improvements

Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives

Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation

Support new product launches and production transitions

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions

Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards

Evaluate equipment needs and assist with capital improvement projects

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field

2+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred)

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with CAD software and ERP systems preferred

Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:

Six Sigma or Lean certification

Project management experience

Experience in high-volume or automated production environments
