Solar Finisher – Day Shift

Schedule: Mon–Fri, day shift (overtime & some Saturdays as needed)

Pay: $17/hr+ depending on experience
Requirements:

Heavy industrial or construction experience preferred

Ability to lift 40 lbs

Industrial forklift experience preferred

Must work in non-climate-controlled environments

Must pass a basic industrial math test

Comfortable with repetitive, physical work
Duties:

Finish, inspect, and prepare solar components

Operate basic tools and equipment

Perform quality checks and rework as needed
