Job Requirements
- Daily administration of the labor management time keeping systems.
- Uses detail accuracy skills to verify, check and approve time keeping transactions for up to 700 employees on a daily basis.
- enter PTO and other pay types into the time keeping database.
- Analyze time keeping issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Continually analyze the time keeping systems to develop best practices to improve efficiency of approval process.
- Assist the Sr. Payroll & Benefits specialist in all activities relating to payroll processing.
- Serves as backup for Receptionist/ HR.
