Job Opening: Office Manager

Calling all office superheroes! Westaff is hiring an Office Manager for a local business in Helena, MT!
Term: 3+ months, potential permanent position for the right fit!
Schedule: M-F, Part-Time
Shift: 4 hours a day, 10am – 2pm OR 9am – 1pm
Pay: $30/hr
What You’ll Do:

Collect rent
-
Pay bills, invoices
-
Maintain electronic check register and bank statements
-
Deposit and transfer funds
-
Enter financial data into Quick Books
-
Hire and supervise custodial services for common areas
-
Hire and supervise maintenance services as needed
-
Respond to maintenance and security requests from tenants
-
Upgrade office/retail suites when necessary
-
Coordinate leasing needs and rental rates
-
Meet with tenants
What You’ll Bring:

Ability to work independently
-
Ability to quickly identify and address needs
-
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- At least one year of QuickBooks experience required
-
Must obtain satisfactory score on Quick Book test (administered after applying)

Ability to type quickly and accurately

Must obtain satisfactory score on typing test (administered after applying)
*Successful applicant(s) will be subject to a background check. A QuickBooks test and typing test will be required after the Westaff interview.
