Job Opening: Help Desk Support

Westaff is recruiting for a temp to hire Software/ Help Desk Support Rep for a well-established client in the downtown area.
This is a full time, in office position.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am-5om with the possibility of overtime (late evenings/ weekends) every Spring.
Pay: $15+ depending on experience
Overall job duties and expectations:
Provides excellent customer service to callers.
LEVEL 1 SOFTWARE SUPPORT in a professional office environment.
- Support consists of both on the phone and in person, with a strong focus on customer needs.
- Must have extensive experience with multiple software packages in and be able to self-teach custom developed software.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 12 months of Helpdesk or support experience (specifically software support).
- Must possess excellent communication/telephone skills with the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, handle stress easily and “go with the flow” with other members of our team.
- Successful candidates must be able to work with end-users as well as other team members.
- Answers and routes telephone calls
- High School diploma
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Minimum one year’s experience in clerical or help desk support.
- Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
