Be the heartbeat of a local Catholic parish! Westaff is looking for a Parish Administrator for a local Catholic Church in Helena, MT!

Term: Permanent

Schedule: Full-time

Shift: 8am – 5pm, M-F, Be available to help with after-hours events for the church

Pay: $60,000/year

What You Will Do:

Oversee the parish community’s sacramental life.
Oversees the Director of Liturgy and Music and the Director of Faith Formation
Design programs for faith development with the Director of Faith Formation
Collaborate with the Pastor to supervise all parish staff and make hiring, supervision, discipline, and termination decisions
Oversee parish repairs and construction
Create and adjust accurate and realistic budgets
Oversees material assets of the parish, including finances, buildings, stewardship, resource development, and budget
Works with parish pastoral and finance councils, and Diocesan officials to establish sound budgeting practices
Serves as human resource coordinator for the parish
Provides appropriate formation, education, training and evaluation of parish staff
Establishes and conducts regular, individual performance reviews and feedback

What You Will Bring:

Advanced Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent education/experience preferred
Degree in Pastoral Ministry is preferred
Three years’ experience in administration of an organization or program
Skilled in budget administration and financial record-keeping and reporting
Proficient in preparing and presenting reports
Active listener
Strong problem solving
Team-oriented professional
Excellent interpersonal communicator including public speaking and written communication
