We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent who knows the ins and outs of asphalt, highways, concrete, and heavy construction. If you have 10+ years of hands-on experience and enjoy working with—and training—others, we want to hear from you!

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 10 years in asphalt, highway, concrete, or related construction

  • Strong leadership with a friendly, team-first attitude

  • Ability to train, mentor, and collaborate with crews on-site

  • Solid knowledge of jobsite coordination, safety, and quality standards
