Position Overview
A local eye clinic is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Office Coordinator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to patients while managing administrative and clerical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately

Enter patient information and documentation into the practice management system

Verify insurance information and collect payments

Assist patients with questions and provide a high level of customer service
