Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Trainer to provide hands-on training and certification for forklift operators. This role is responsible for ensuring all trainees operate equipment safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Responsibilities:

Conduct forklift safety training and hands-on instruction

Evaluate operator performance and certify competency

Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety guidelines

Maintain training records and documentation

Provide refresher training as needed
Requirements:

3–5 years of forklift operation and training experience

Strong knowledge of forklift safety standards and procedures

Basic computer skills for documentation, training records, and reporting

Ability to effectively train and coach employees
