$23/hr | 4-Day Workweek (Mon–Thu, 6 AM–6 PM)

Lead and motivate a production and packaging team to meet daily goals

Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to keep operations on track

What We’re Looking For

Experience in production and packaging (lead or supervisory experience preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsible, dependable, and solution-oriented

A positive attitude and ability to work well with others

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
- Must submit to background check and drug screening.
- Mechanical knowledge preferred, not required.
